What is Responsible Gaming

Keep Gaming Fun — Not a Burden

Responsible gaming at Nabjee is more than a policy page — it is the core philosophy of our platform. We believe online gaming should be an entertaining experience where you stay fully in control. The moment it stops being fun or starts causing financial stress, it is time to take notice.

Online gaming is growing in popularity across Bangladesh — and so are the risks of addiction and financial harm that come with it. Nabjee takes this very seriously. Our Responsible Gaming The program is designed to help every player understand their own limits and get the right support when needed.

Gaming should never become the main focus of your life. Family, work, studies, and social relationships always come first. At Nabjee, Responsible Gaming This means setting a clear budget for yourself, sticking to time limits, and not chasing losses by placing more bets.

Remember, there is no such thing as a guaranteed win in casino or betting over the long run. Every game carries an equal chance of loss. Only wager money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.

Please Note

Planning to earn money through gaming is risky. Responsible players treat gaming as entertainment — not a source of income. If you feel you cannot go without gaming, seek help immediately.

Protection Tools

Nabjee's Responsible Gaming Tools

Nabjee offers a range of effective tools to help you stay in control of your gaming. They are completely free and can be activated at any time.

Set a Deposit Limit

Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Limits take effect immediately once set. You can lower a limit right away, but increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum time limit for each gaming session. Once the time is up, your account will be logged out automatically. This is the most effective way to prevent spending more time than you intend.

Reality Check Reminder

At set intervals (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours), a pop-up will appear on your screen letting you know how long you've been playing and your total winnings or losses so far.

Cooling-Off Period

Activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or 1 month to take a temporary break from gaming. You will not be able to log in during this time.

Self-Exclusion

If you're experiencing long-term issues, you can exclude yourself from the platform for a period of 3 months to 5 years. Once activated, this option cannot be cancelled before the exclusion period ends.

Loss Limit

Gaming will automatically stop once you have lost a set amount. This can be configured per session or per day and is the best way to limit financial losses.

Where to find these tools

After logging in, go to "Account Settings" → "Responsible Gaming" to access all these tools. Our support team is always available via live chat for any assistance.

Healthy Gaming Habits

Traits of a Responsible Player

A responsible gamer always follows these habits. Sticking to them is what makes gaming genuinely enjoyable.

Play for entertainment only, not as a way to earn money.
Always set a budget before you play and stick to it strictly.
Accept losses as a normal part of gaming and don't try to chase them.
Maintaining a clear balance between gaming time and time for family and work.
Take regular breaks and spend time on other hobbies and interests.
When needed, feel free to talk openly with family or friends about your gaming.
Uses Nabjee's responsible gaming tools regularly.
Never game under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Tips: simple rules for budgeting

Plan to spend no more than 2–3% of your total monthly income on gaming entertainment. Not a single BDT beyond that — sticking strictly to this rule keeps gaming enjoyable at all times.

FAQ

Responsible Gaming FAQs

Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions about responsible gaming.

Yes, all of Nabjee's responsible gaming tools are completely free. Deposit limits, session time, loss limits, cooling-off, and self-exclusion — any tool can be activated at any time from your account settings at no extra charge.

No. Self-exclusion is a serious commitment — once activated, it cannot be cancelled before the chosen period ends. This is intentional by design, so that decisions made in the heat of the moment remain in effect. To reactivate your account after the period ends, please contact support.

Decreasing your deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling period — meaning the new limit will only apply 24 hours after the request is made. This delay is intentional, giving you time to reconsider your decision.

Talk to them with empathy, without judgment. Let them know you want to help. You can contact Nabjee Support at [email protected] to raise concerns about their account. Encourage them to speak with a professional counsellor and seek help from a mental health specialist.

When Reality Check is active, a pop-up appears on your screen at set intervals (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours). It shows how long you've been playing, how much you've won or lost, and asks whether you'd like to continue. It's a moment to pause and reflect.

Absolutely not. Nabjee strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Age is verified at registration, and proof of age documents are required during the KYC process. Any account suspected of belonging to a minor is suspended immediately.
